MetaOptic Designer: Full Automation with Inverse Design Capabilities

We are pleased to announce the winners of the Synopsys 2022 Robert S. Hilbert Memorial Optical Design Competition. This year¡¯s winning designs were submitted by students from the California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo, the University of Arizona, the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, the University of Rochester, and the University of Texas at Austin.

Migration to SolvNetPlus in October 2022

Beginning October 1, 2022, the Customer Support Portal will be decommissioned.  

We¡¯re introducing an enhanced and unified customer experience for accessing product support resources. We invite all direct customers to access resources through a single Synopsys SolvNetPlus account. In addition to the product software you could download from SolvNetPlus previously, you can now also access an expanding catalog of knowledge articles, and software documentation. It is also integrated with the for on-demand learning content and tech talk recordings. Key features include:

  • Browse or search through over 200 articles created by our application engineers. New articles are added regularly and are available in multiple languages.
  • SolvNetPlus knowledge articles contain a wide variety of product materials including frequently asked questions, macros, and example files.
  • Find an article you like? You can save your favorite articles to your personal Saved Article list to reference later.
