Cloud native EDA tools & pre-optimized hardware platforms
To facilitate a quicker path to optical simulations and grant design teams the ability to set more optical characteristics in the SOLIDWORKS environment, the LightTools SOLIDWORKS Link Module features optical property identifiers, ray data source linking, and SOLIDWORKS configuration selection.
The SmartStart Library is an extensive collection of optical data for commercially available glasses, plastics, and surface treatments that can be licensed for use in LucidShape, LucidShape CAA V5 Based, and LightTools. Datasets in the library provide a complete picture of how light behaves in the volume of a glass or plastic optic or how light interacts with a surface treatment.
