According to , the amount of data stored in the cloud will reach 100 zettabytes by 2025. This amount equates to half of the world's data, up from one-quarter in 2015. Globally, data storage is expected to surpass 200 zettabytes by 2025. North America holds 61% of the global cloud market, according to a . This amount is three times larger than Western Europe¡¯s market share, which totals to 21%. The African cloud market is the smallest.
