Reflecting SNUG¡¯s commitment to technical excellence, all conference papers are peer reviewed by the SNUG Team. If your proposal is accepted, a SNUG Team member will work with you to help you create and deliver an exceptional paper and conference presentation.
The SNUG Team has implemented a two-step acceptance process:
Call for Content Opens | April 15
Call for Content Closes | May 29
Preliminary Acceptance Notification | June 5
Draft Presentation Due | July 3
Final Acceptance & Presentation Spots Awarded | July 11
Final Presentation Due | September 2
SNUG Israel 2024 | September 17, 2024
Your SNUG presentation should be a ¡®discussion¡¯ rather than a ¡®reading¡¯ of your technical paper. While you should cover the same key points in both your paper and session presentation, SNUG attendees will be most interested in hearing you describe your techniques and approach and support your conclusions.
Most SNUG presentations are 30-40 minutes in length, including 5-10 minutes for Q&A. Your SNUG team will communicate specific details and presentation times after final acceptances are made.
