Alessandra received her Ph.D. in Microelectronics, from Universita? degli Studi di Genova and has worked extensively in the semiconductor and EDA industries.

Alessandra has deep experience in design, product management, operations, and ensuring outstanding customer experiences. Most recently, Alessandra led the Cadence North America field engineering and service organization.
