Richard Solomon

Richard Solomon is a senior staff technical product manager for PCI Express Controller IP for the Synopsys 91³Ô¹ÏÍø Group. He has been involved in the development of PCI chips dating back to the NCR 53C810 and pre-1.0 versions of the PCI spec.He has served on the PCI-SIG Board of Directors for around 20 years, and is currently the vice-president of PCI-SIG as well as co-chair of the Compliance Workgroup. Richard holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from Rice University and 27 US Patents, many of which relate to PCI technology.
